Employee Experience Diary

Employee Experience Diary

Every day in the organization we used to face lots and lots of problems. We struggle ourselves to find solutions to the problems. For every new problem which arise in the organization  we used to follow the same procedure to find out the solution.

Every organization is spending their valuable time in searching for the solutions.

This creates a gap between the employees in the form of ego.

Concept:-

Employee Experience Diary is a small concept which will boost up the organizational performance by collecting all the employees problem solving experiences at one place.

Each employee of the organization has to write his daily problem solving experiences into a online database platform.

That will be only accessed by the organizational people. Each  employee is free to access the platform and able to view his peers diary and below level employees diary but not seniors diary.

This will help to maintain the secrecy of problem solving for the higher authority.

And when a particular employee gets  promotion to  higher level, he can  access the diaries which are written by his peers.

Advantages:-
1) This will create the employee relationships in the organization through virtually.
2) Helps to solve the employees problems quickly which saves a lot of time of the organization.
3) The organization will meet new levels of growth because there is no need to struggle for the solutions for   the existing problems.

Searching for the solutions for the new problems will enable the organization to develop radically when compared with the other organizations which is fighting with the same old problems.
4) We know the diaries are the most accurate measurement to calculate our personal life growth, same extends to see the growth of the organization.

5) The organization will be more healthier than ever before.

Please provide your valuable feedback to develop and improvise the concept.

We are Machines....!!!!!!!

WE ARE MACHINES....!!!!!!

I started my Human Resource Trainee career by taking the interviews of the candidates. When I started questioning them, they gave the same answers more or less and they were all the answers from the books.

When I ask the questions which are application oriented they are unable to answer them. “Where is the problem”, I thought. I realized that they are like a machine and I am also a Machine.

Shocked..!!!!!
******************

Actually When we were born, we were originals..
It is the Educational System that changed us. The schools are the like Factories which take the students as Raw materials and convert them into complete machines by the time SSC/CBSC is completed.

Note: A Machine is the one which stores the data and we can retrieve that data whenever we want back.

The students after coming out of SSC/ CBSC are like excellent machines with data remembrance.

After students complete SSC/ CBSC, they enter into a free environment like.. A Machine With Artificial Intelligence.. :P

Then, they are changing into different kind of people...

Some lose interest on studies and get diverted towards bad habits....

Others continuously study much more.. and try to get more and more MARKS by becoming more like a MACHINE...

NOTE: The Main difference between the man and machine is that machines perform the tasks when it is about the known circumstances... When we give a new one which a machine doesn't know/programmed at all.. the machine gets stuck... but at the same point human being starts his work..

Human will always think in an innovative way to solve the problems, whereas machines can’t...

Most of the students who come out of the Educational institutions are like Machines..

They get stuck at the point where the analysis and application are required....

The so called education system is producing thousands of Student Machines effectively than any MNC in the world...

The organizations have enough number of machines..
They need a human being to operate a Machine.. not a machine to operate it... :P

************************************************** ************************************************

In another point, the Lecturers are unknowingly spending their full efforts to manufacturing machines...

After these people come out of the educational circle and get the job, the realization starts in the employees.. They work against their wishes, interests and dreams and work like a machine which leads to job dis-satisfaction, Grievance etc...

**********************************************

The reasons behind this are:

1. Educational System - the same syllabus from 1991-2012.. still continuing
2. Giving Marks and Grading according to the Data they are writing.. rather than data they are discovering and innovating...
3. We are following same old methods without questioning them..

************************************************** *

Finally:

If someone invents a Robot which can understand all the paper work, requirements of people and perform their tasks perfectly then 70% of the people won't get job at all... :( :( :(

************************************************** **************************

Humans are like machines up to Job or Educational part only.. they are normal with other kind of relations and activities.. :)

The above view is my personal view about the Present system..

If I am wrong in any aspect please correct me.. Waiting for your feedback.. :)

Thank you..

     c) Developers:-

Developers are the one who have ability to develop the concept immediately by adding several features which are existed before. The main difference between the Data players and Developers are developers doesn't try to create the new thing, where as they concentrate about adding features to it by developing it.

      d) Implementer's:-

Implementer's are the one who have strong desire to make it possible of new creative idea by struggling and facing various Manufacturing problems and solving it one and other intelligently..
